Shop Policies

Processing:

Our Processing time is currently of 1-2 days.

Shipping:

We ship packages 1-4 days the most after an order is placed. All packages are shipped via USPS.

No shipping is done on the weekends due to our post office being closed.

We have 2 shipping speed options including The following:

Standard (5-8 days) and Priority Mail (1-4 days)

Delays:

After packages leave our hands and are dropped off to the USPS Postal office, Not Afraid SM is no longer responsible for your package as it is not in our possession any longer. We see the same shipping status as the Customer. Please keep in mind that we are still in the midst of a Pandemic, so we have no control over ANY delivery delays! USPS is working hard to get your orders on time so please be patient, Many other people are experiencing delays as well!

Damaged Packages: After we drop off your package to USPS, It is no longer in our possession. USPS is ahold of your Package from them on to make sure it gets to you! If in an event, your package comes damaged, you can speak to USPS over the incident.

However it only works, if you have an insurance bond on your package.

Standard Shipping Comes with No insurance Bond, meaning USPS won't do anything for your damaged item.

However, PRIORITY MAIL does come with a $100 Insurance bond, meaning if your package arrives damaged THEY CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!

Refunds: Once your order is shipped, you are ineligible for a refund!

The only way to receive a refund, is if you cancel your order before it is shipped!

Exchanges: Due to the Cosmetic Nature of our products, Not Afraid SM does not offer any form of exchanges! All items are custom for your use, so once you recieve your order, your products are forever yours to keep! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Order Cancellations: If your order has been shipped, you CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order and You will be refunded!
